Recommended for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse hydraulic applications. Meets all performance requirements of ISO 18752 Class D, SAE 100R12, EN 856 R12, EN 856 4SP and ISO 3862 Type R12. Recommended couplings: GlobalSpiral™ Couplings, GlobalSpiral™ Plus Couplings, Special One-Piece Coupling (MC4-20 crimping machine only) (-20), Stainless Steel B Couplings (-20), Stainless Steel S Couplings (-24 and -32).

EFG3K hose is compatible with petroleum-based fluids as well as biodegradable hydraulic fluids such as synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils.
Superior flex-impulse performance: tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at 50% of the EN 856 R12 and SAE 100R12 bend radii (except -32).
Can be used with GlobalSpiral™ Couplings [G20 Series], GlobalSpiral™ One-Piece Couplings [G21 Series, -20 only], GlobalSpiral™ Plus Couplings [G22 Series], Stainless Steel Braid Couplings [G17 Series] and Stainless Steel Spiral Couplings [G18 Series].

EFG3K is rated at 1/2 the SAE 100R12 minimum bend radius and has a working pressure of 3000 across all inside diameters.
-20 validated with GlobalSpiral™; -24 to -32 validated with GlobalSpiral™ Plus.
Up to 40% of the EN 856 4SP bend radius at rated working pressure.
Meets MSHA 2G Flame Resistance Acceptance Designation.
Type approvals: DNV, GL, LR, BV and ABS.
