TubeNBR (nitrile) based. Black. Meets ARPM Class A and SAE 20 Class B standards.
ReinforcementSynthetic, high-tensile-strength textile reinforcement with a steel wire helix.
CoverChloroprene (CR) based. Black, corrugated. MSHA approved. Complies with SAE 20 Class C.
Temperature range-40°C to +135°C. +49°C for fuel and +100°C for coolant. Water emulsions
StandardsComplies with SAE 100R4 / SAE 30R5 / SAE 20R5 (except tube dimensions).
Couplings-12 to -20: MegaCrimp; -24 and -32: GlobalSpiral Plus; -40, -48 and -64: GL. In low-pressure applications, fitted over a beaded fitting with a clamp.
Type approvalsDNV, GL and ABS.
  • Extremely flexible.
  • 1:1 bend radius. Shorter routing with less hose.
  • Easy installation.
  • Kink resistant.
  • Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids such as synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils, as well as petroleum-based fluids.

Higher operating temperatures will shorten the service life of the hose assembly. Do not transfer fuel at temperatures above +49°C.
